Caciotta

From the milk of our Friesian cows.

In our small dairy, our nutritious and flavoursome milk produced by Friesian cows is transformed into caciotta and wonderful ricotta cheese.

We use only rennet and natural ferments. The result is a tasty cheese made of raw milk with its own identity and character, which depending on the climate and the animals' diet can taste slightly different from season to season.
